Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns. If you would like to exchange your items or report an issue with your order, please email
Exchanged Qualifications
-Has to be unworn/unwashed/unused
-If the item is worn, we will return the item to the customer and request they pay for shipping.
-Item had to be damaged upon arrival
-Ordered the wrong size
-Exchanges are granted within 10 days of receiving the product
-Contact us to let us know they want an exchange, provide a reason for the exchange
-We will mail out the new item, within 5 business days of receiving the item they want to exchange.
All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, and packaging) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged in-store.
If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer support to have your items replaced.
Changes to items already purchased: 
If the item has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. If your item has not been shipped, please contact Custer Support to make the adjustment.
Wrong Address
If you input the wrong address and your item has been shipped. We advise you to contact USPS or whichever carrier is handling your delivery, to ask them the best course of action.
Each order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, U.S. shipping should take between 7-14 business days. All other countries should expect their shipments in 7-21 business days.
